How to start

What do I need to do to see and buy designs?

To see and buy designs with an Exclusive License you need to sign-up and pay the annual fee or subscribe for free by using the invitation code that you may have received.

How to pay

Which payment methods can I use to pay the annual subscription?

Credit Card or Bank Transfer. If you opt to make a bank transfer, your account will be activated as soon as we receive payment confirmation.

Credit Card or Bank Transfer. If you opt to pay by bank transfer your order will be completed when we receive payment confirmation.

How it works

How do I look for designs?
Can I make an initial selection to choose which designs to buy?

Yes. You can make a selection of designs just by clicking the heart icon next to each design. You can then review the selection by clicking the heart on your personal page.

Note: designs that are in your selection can be sold to other clients. If a design is sold it will automatically be removed from stonefree.design, including removal from your selection.

Can I put designs on hold until I decide to buy them or not?

No. It’s not possible to hold a design or take them offline. Even if a design is in a selection, it will still be visible for sale on the platform.

What kind of design can I buy, just digital designs or handmade, physical designs?
  • Digital designs that exist only as a file.
  • Digital designs with a file printed onto a support, or digital designs with files and handmade originals. 
  • Physical, handmade designs.
How do I download the files of the designs I buy?

The designs are delivered in protected and encrypted .zip files.

The design you buy can be downloaded straight after you have made the payment from your personal page.

The decryption key for each file will be sent to you by e-mail separately.

The file will remain accessible from your personal page for 1 month and can be downloaded in that time up to 3 times.

How do I receive the prints or physical, handmade designs that I buy?

They will be shipped to you using an international courier.

Who pays for shipping charges?

Shipping costs will be covered by you, using your own courier or paying for the service when paying for the design.

What are the sizes and/or the formats of the corresponding digital files of the designs?

All the technical information can be found in the corresponding product description of each design.

Are all designs made in repeat?

Most designs on stonefree.design are made in repeat, which is noted and described in the corresponding product description of each design.

How many designs can I buy at one time?

There are no limits for the number of designs you can buy, and they can be bought from any number of studios exhibiting on stonefree.design.

Copyright & Legal Info

What it means “Exclusive License designs”?

Exclusive License is the way design studios normally sell their designs: studios sell a design to a single purchaser who becomes the exclusive owner of the copyright.

If I buy Exclusive License designs, do I get a copyright document?

Yes. There is a link on the invoice that you receive where you can download the legal copyright document. The document will be permanently available through your personal page.

Contact immediately support@stonefree.design describing the problem. We will be in touch with you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
